Store availability

The initial store serves delivery addresses in the United States. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Products, prices, and services may change before an order is accepted.

Products and sizing

Products are generally printed or prepared on demand through third-party fulfillment partners. We aim to describe each item accurately, but screen colors may vary and manual measurements may differ by the amount disclosed on the product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements before ordering.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Any applicable tax or charge will be shown at checkout before payment. Payments are processed by PayPal under PayPal’s terms and privacy practices. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and G issues an order confirmation.

Orders

We may reject or cancel an order before fulfillment for suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, an incorrect price, an unsupported delivery address, or another material processing problem. If payment was captured for a canceled order, the approved refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Shipping and delays

The current standard U.S. delivery estimate is 7–15 business days after order confirmation. Dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customers must provide an accurate, deliverable address and cooperate with carrier or customs requests when applicable.

If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout, we will notify you and offer a choice to accept a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Returns and refunds

The Refund, Replacement, and Return Policy forms part of these terms. Do not return goods without written authorization and a designated return address.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit false information, or use the site in violation of law.

Intellectual property

The G brand, site content, graphics, and original designs are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the site for personal shopping.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in Taiwan, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply where they live. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute by contacting [email protected]. Any unresolved dispute may be brought before a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction.
