Where do you ship?

G currently accepts orders for delivery within the United States only.

What currency do you use?

All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).

How long will delivery take?

Our current standard estimate is 7–15 business days after order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier, customs, weather, or remote-area delays.

How should I choose a size?

Use the measurements on the product page before ordering. Some products use Asian sizing and may run 1–2 sizes smaller than standard U.S. sizing. A 2–3 cm manual measurement difference may occur.

What if an item is damaged, incorrect, or missing?

Contact [email protected] before returning anything and provide your order details and clear photos or video. We will review the issue and open a case with our fulfillment partner when required.

Where do returns go?

Do not send returns to our business address or to the address on the shipping label. If a return is approved, we will provide the CJ-designated return address and instructions. Unapproved returns may not be accepted or refunded.

How can I pay?

PayPal is available at checkout. Eligible customers may also see PayPal-supported debit or credit card options.

Will sales tax be charged?

Taxes, if collected by G, will be shown at checkout before payment. Depending on your location, you may be responsible for taxes not collected by the store.
